Online Return Policy

We offer a 14-day window from the order-received date to let us know if you’d like to initiate a return. Once we are notified, we offer an additional 14-day window to send your item(s) back to us for a refund to your original payment method. Returns that exceed the 14-day window following your withdrawal notice will no longer be eligible for a refund. Exclusions apply. 

The product must be returned in new condition, never worn, with its original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund will be refused. The return shipping cost, which may vary, will be deducted from the refund total.

Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-refundable. We also reserve the right to refuse returns on orders that we reasonably determine were placed using automated tools, bots, or software.

Kith does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a replacement, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order with the refund once it is issued.
